John Forbes played his high school ball at Riverview High School from 1998 to 1999. After that, he spent five years playing for the St. Francis Xavier X-Men. While playing for the X-Men, John earned both an AUS All-Star nod and an East-West Bowl invitation in 2005. He then traveled to Europe and played for the Helsinki Wolverines. Upon returning to his hometown of Riverview, John joined the Mustangs. As a member of the Mustangs, no Defensive Back has earned as many All-Star nods and League Awards as he has. John's knowledge and passion for the game made him a formidable assignment for opposing teams. John now resides in Toronto, where he is a Defensive Line coach for a local team.
